Gather your ingredients
– milk – sugar – kosher salt – butter – water – yeast – cheddar cheese – eggs – baking powder – gluten free all purpose flour
Scald milk and butter
Bloom yeast, sugar and water together
Whisk together remaining dry ingredients
Wet + Dry
Add milk and yeast to dry ingredients and mix to make a rough batter.
Add eggs and stir until a smooth batter is formed
Fold in cheese
Cover and Rise
Cover with plastic wrap and let rise for about an hour
Pour and Bake
