Gluten free meal plan #1 is perfect for that cold winter week. Warming soups, taco night of course and a few instant pot recipes to make your meals fast!

Am I right when I make the bet that more than once a month you do one of the following things:

    a) Sit down to meal plan and become distracted with other "more important" things, and end up just buying random crap at the store.

    b) Manage to meal plan a few times during the month but feel overwhelmed every time you do it.

    c) Meal planning? Ain't nobody got time for that sh*t.

    d) Feel so bored with your weekly meals and can't seem to make yourself get organized with meals even though you spend way too much time pinning meal ideas on pinterest.

    e) all of the above

    I have the solution

Well dear mama friend I have just the thing for you. I am going to save you time, sanity and stress with meal plans you can just print off and be on your merry little way.

I want to you to eat more real food, and could there be a better way to do it than to actually make it easier for you? I think not. Eating real food makes you feel damn good, and I really freaking want that for you. Like feel it in my bones wish I could shout from the rooftops want you to feel so effing awesome.

So here's what you get. sweet rustic bakes Meal Plans will give you 5 glorious days of dinner ideas, and if I am feeling frisky maybe even more. Not only will you have a go to place to snag a weekly meal plan I will have the grocery list ready for you too!

Is that the awesome or what?! So dive in sister, find the weekly meal plan that makes your heart sing and belly happy. All meal plans are built with you, the busy mom, in mind. You will find recipes not just from sweet rustic bakes but from bloggers around the world. I need to teach you the ways so one day you can do this yourself.

    Ingredients

You will find common ingredients used in the meal plans. I think it is important to use all of your ingredients as well, so you may see some of the same ingredients week to week. No one wants to spend money on a spice you only use twice a year!

Also keep in mind you may already have some of these ingredients on hand! Be sure to check your pantry and fridge before you head to the store.

    Substitutions

Don't be afraid to sub out an ingredient or use what you have on hand. For instance if a recipe calls for white onion and another calls for yellow, no need to buy two different onions! Use what you got mama.

You will also find, in order to be more budget friendly, if recipes listed call for two different kinds of rice I will only use one kind that I think will work best for both recipes.

Also don't be afraid to customize these meals to your families tastes, leave out spices you don't like or a vegetable etc. My goal is to teach you how to make food work for you! Got questions?! Leave a comment below or email me @ [email protected]!

    Let's freaking go!

Don't be afraid to use ingredients your family likes or omit the one's you family doesn't.

I have also taken the liberty to make the list more budget friendly by choosing one ingredient that works for multiple recipes. For example two recipes may call for two different kinds of rice. I have chosen one rice that I personally fell will work for both recipes.
