A quick drink of this apple cider vinegar shot in the morning will boost your metabolism, support a healthy body and weight loss.
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with mother (see notes)
- 1 tablespoon of cold apple juice (see notes)
- 1 tablespoon of cold water
- dash of cinnamon
- Add all of your ingredients into a jar with lid and shake.
- Pour into a shot glass and shoot! (or just drink from the jar)
